Time:

Registration Starts at 4:30 PM. As you may know, RANA Calgary strictly adheres to timings as announced, so please be on time. Your entry into the venue may be delayed once show start at 4:55 pm due to security check-in requirement. Your family should be at Rajveer Banquet Hall sharp at 5.00 pm to enjoy the evening at its fullest.

Dress Code:

RANA's "chokho Diwali" is one of Calgary's premier traditional celebrations, brining together culture, elegance and the vibrant spirit if Diwali. Official dress code for men is Sherwani or Kurta set and for ladies Lehnga or Sari. Other option is business formal 

Free Parking:

There are outdoor parking lots for your convenience.

Ticket Check-in:

Your printed / emailed tickets will be scanned for the registration; therefore you must bring your ticket to enter the venue. There will not be any ticket sale at the door. We will scan the tickets from the printouts/cell phone you will bring to the registration desk.

Table and Seating:

During the show, you must sit on the seats assigned to you. There is no unassigned seat. Please note that children below 5 years age will not get any seat.

Due to safety reasons, only RANA's official photographer / videographer & his / her equipment are only allowed near stage area. Please ensure your kids stay within your reach to ensure their safety.

Alcohol Policy:

Consumption of alcohol, wine and drugs is strictly prohibited inside the venue, keeping in mind the cultural ethos of the majority attending the event.

Food:

RANA has arranged an authentic Indian vegetarian food from one of the classic restaurant in Calgary and will be served hot at the venue. Food may contain nuts item and if any of your family members are allergic to nuts or any other item, please take necessary precautions. RANA-Calgary is not responsible for any medical conditions developed due to allergy etc. It is highly expected that, you/your kids maintain high level of cleanliness around the food serving area and avoid wastage of food. Please be mindful to others and follow the onsite announcement for dinner proceedings.

COVID-19: Please follow local authority guidelines for Covid-19, if you have any symptoms for Covid-19 please be responsible and do not enter the venue. RANA-Calgary is not liable for any spread during the event.
